Space is limited
Registration applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Campers desiring housing must register by the special accommodations registration deadline — this includes resource people.
- Registration after the cutoff deadline is discouraged. Contact the directors to see if an exception can be made.
- There is a $50 deposit per person due with registration (except for infants under 1).
- Pay deposit by credit card, bank transfer, digital wallet, or check.
- Deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation is received at least three weeks before camp. Please contact the camp director if you need to cancel your registration.
- You will be invoiced the full camp fee minus deposit and/or scholarship or resource person allocation a few weeks before camp. You must pay your invoice before you arrive.
- Registering means you agree to the Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 for everyone that you register.
- All campers must take a COVID test within 24-48 hours of arriving at camp.
